5. Data collection and right of rectification

In accordance with the law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computer, files and freedoms as amended and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 applied since 25 May 2018 , the E-IMD, as data controller, informs you that by filling in the newsletter form you agree that your data will be used and processed for the following purposes: the issuing and editing of documents E-IMD (receipt, invoice, ...), the sending of newsletters relating to the E-IMD, and the transmission of certain data (name, first name, organization and postal address) to the industrial partners of the E-IMD.
